The refurbishment of Boaz House covers more than 55,000 sq ft of space over three floors. With the building having stood vacant since 2021, the goal is to deliver a modern workspace that meets the expectations of today’s occupiers—supporting productivity, sustainability, and well-being.

Each floor will be subdivided into three flexible units, allowing tenants to fit out their space to suit their needs. The project will also include shower facilities, secure cycle parking, EV charging points, and excellent car parking provision—ensuring both convenience and sustainability.
Supporting Growth Across the Tees Valley
As an established North East Main Contractor, Arcas is proud to be contributing to the wider regeneration of the Teesdale Business Park and surrounding areas. The site is part of a broader multi-million-pound regeneration programme across Stockton and North Thornaby, which includes the development of a nationally significant health and social care cluster.
