The Arcas team have many years of working closely with their clients to ensure a project is viable. We assess the economic, technical, legal and operational aspects of a construction project to identify potential risks and challenges that may need to be addressed. We are always aiming to ensure economic viability, manage the environmental impact and ultimately work with our clients to help them assess the overall feasibility.

The Arcas team will take responsibility for both the design and construction of each project. Our experience and expertise allow us to offer an approach that delivers a streamlined process, allowing for greater communication and co-ordination. This will often result in cost and time savings for the client. We pride ourselves in our ability to work in partnership with the design team to deliver the best possible solution.

As an experienced principal contractor, we oversee and manage all elements of the construction process on behalf of our clients. We ensure all aspects of the project comply with the latest Health and Safety legislation working closely with our in-group health and safety team. We also coordinate with all external contractors, ensuring your project is completed on time, within budget and safely.

Throughout each project the Arcas team look for opportunities to increase value for the client, but not at the expense of quality. Where possible, we will suggest alternative materials and methods which will either outperform or match performance to bring efficiencies to the scheme and provide valuable savings to our clients. The ability to have early involvement at the pre-construction stage with the design team provides the most efficient solutions in our experience. This also enables buildability of the project to be co-ordinated with the design team.

Arcas have successfully completed numerous contracts that have been procured through public sector frameworks, delivering a wide range of projects through a wide variety of contract types. We have experience at operating in an open book partnering environment with some of our existing public sector clients.
